Site permit application
A $100 application fee is required, along with a completed application. Checks can be made payable to "Christiana Township". The Application and Fee can be mailed to the Zoning Administrator or the Town Shop. Application is not required if estimated construction costs are less than $2,500.
Click the "Download" button above to get a copy of the application. Fill out all required sections and mail the application with your fee to the Zoning Administrator as directed on the second page of the document. Applications and fees can also be dropped off at the Town Hall.
